ABOUT US:
Cellular Billing Consultants was founded by Mindy Prowler in 1998 and has been actively involved in the cellular industry for over 20 years. Before starting her own consulting firm Ms. Prowler was the General Manager for a number of cellular companies overseeing their customer service, sales, collections and billing departments. In addition, she has advised readers in Bloomberg Businessweek, listeners to KNX 1070’s ‘Money 101’, and KFWB 980 as well as the Los Angeles Times on cellular matters. Ms. Prowler has also been called upon by law enforcement officials to offer expert testimony concerning cellular usage.
Prior to entering the cellular industry, Ms. Prowler was the Controller for Financial Management Advisors in Beverly Hills and was also with Arthur Young & Co. in Los Angeles.
